RBS was clean , fast and very respectful . What impressed me more was there was an issue with my neighbors roof and her insurance company (not sure what) but RBS was able to assist in resolving the issue and now she has a new roof. That’s what I call going above and beyond for the sake of the customer.

After months of research and estimates from different sources, RBS was the one with a reasonable price and concrete plans to renew my entire roof. They did an excellent job. I want to express my appreciation to SIDNEY SCOTT, who coordinated the financing terms for the contract. Sidney showed professionalism and knowledge , and guided me through the payment processing to ensure payments were done timely and accurate. She provided me with invoices and advice in a courteous and professional manner. Thank you Sidney. I highly recommend RBS CONSTRUCTION.

I just renewed my roof with RBS. This firm is AWSOME. And so is Chad, their representative. Everything went smooth and the crew worked VERY hard. My roof is 4550 sqf and they were done the 2nd day at 2 pm!!
Chad came shortly after they were done to check everything and we saw that there were slightly damaged pool screens (the ones that are attached to the roof). So Chad organized a pool screen repair firm and the next day they were all replaced. I‘m very much impressed with the professionalism this firm is showing!!!

RBS has been outstanding in roofing two of our rental properties. Always on time, returning phone calls for any questions and professional. They're clean up after install was also wonderful, the installers were always polite. And Chad was beyond outstanding!! Always polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with, will not hesitate to call him for next job ???? ????

Chad is the guy I'm working with on my roof replacement, and I must say I wish more companies had people like him. He has always been there to answer any questions or concerns I have had. He is willing to work with you on the price if you have a fix amount to work with and has been a great help in the planning of when and how my roof will be fixed. I really wish more companies had people like him.

RBS recently replaced the original roof on our house in St. Cloud, and we highly recommend this company! We were impressed with the professionalism of Alberto at RBS, who managed the process for us and carefully communicated with us throughout the entire project. The estimating process was thorough, including an in-person evaluation combined with satellite imaging of our roof. The price was fair, the crew did excellent work bringing our roof into alignment with current hurricane building codes, and the post-project yard cleanup was stunningly thorough…all debris and every spare nail was picked up! When our roof needs to be replaced many years from now, we’ll call RBS again!
