We had a wind event and it was even covered by insurance. Gabe came out and did a free inspection. He said honestly no issues. Love the honesty. On a second job they came and replaced some damaged soffits. Amazing job. They even pointed out more that needed repair that I missed. Everything looks great. RBS Roofing put on our roof years ago. We recently needed noticed a leak. They were responsive and completed the work nicely. When we had questions, Sydney, the Admin Asst, was exceptional, answering our questions and making sure things got done.

After a hailstorm, we noticed several neighbors were having their roof replaced. After searching online, I contacted RBS Construction and Roofing to survey our roof for potential hail damage. I could not be more pleased with the results, working with Chad and RBS through the inspection with the insurance adjuster all the way through the roof replacement, the cleanup and replacement of our gutters. I highly recommend Chad and RBS for roofing.

We hired RBS to replace our roof, exterior gutters, siding, fascia and interior repairs to our ceilings, and family room after Hurricane Ian. We signed our contract in December of 2022. Our roof was completed in February of 2023 and in good faith we turned over our insurance proceeds and our deductible to Carl . The roof was done but after that, we had to call and ask for every repair. We got our ceilings painted and insulation blown in, but nothing since. We know that they called our insurance company to try to get an increase in money in February. That is documented in the claim. Additional Insurance money was denied and the work stopped! Finally, after several back and forth calls, we were texted that Carl wanted to call it EVEN. No….no….no…..By our calculations, over $5,000.00 of work was still not done based on our claim. We responded that we would like a refund for work not completed if they cannot do the work. Over one month later, we are still waiting! I know the material shortage was a factor, but the communication with this company is terrible. If the refund will be sent to us, I will rate this company positively. If not, we will seek legal action. In hindsight, we should have withheld the funds until the work was completed. In good faith, we turned it all over. I would hope that this company does the right thing. Sorry….no positive review yet until this is made right!

From several contacts for estimates, Rob Macdade was most approachable and down home. He didn’t try to sell me a product, just told me what my roof honestly needed after inspection. After an evaluation of my roof damage Rob gave a fair and an affordable price including gutters and a Military discount. Rob estimated 4-6 out for scheduling for the crew to start our roof. 6 weeks came, the crew came out and finished within two days. The roof is a beautiful sight after having tarps for three years. I recommend RBS, they will treat you right!
