We had a roof replaced by RBS Construction and Roofing supervised by Chad and Will, and I couldn't be happier. To start out, RBS's quote came in $2,000 under the closest competitor, so that was a big plus. Whenever I get major work done on a house, I expect that there will be additional charges, so I budget about 15% of the quote. So being under the competitors reduces the overage budget, so double good. The final unexpected charges came in at 10%, so I was able to be under budget on the entire project. The final inspection of the roof by the county gave glowing remarks about the workmanship when they inspected it. I had the same assessment when I went up onto the roof to do a walk-around.
While the work was being performed, the crew was at the site for 12 hours a day, only stopping for a lunch break. Very hard workers indeed. Chad and Will supervised the work and were very responsive. Chad went above and beyond by even giving me his personal cell number to contact him in case I had an urgent request. I never needed it.
